Hope my blog is not dead.
Givin it some update now.
FRIDAY
lessons as usual.
den it was history.
favourite movie bout hitler.
he was lik shoutin durin his speeches.
''We, must destroy the blablas, and build a better Germany!''
Then, without forgettin the movement of his hands.
Alot of actions.
School was over.
rushed to canteen.
had a break.
prepared for the journey to red cross home for disabled.
has been 2yrs since i went there.
reached there.
interacted wif the residents.
cleaned the place.
and when it was time for us to leave.
we could not bear to go.
it was heart-breakin,
to see people bedridden or on wheelchairs.
it made me feel that we must pity them,
and not look down on them.
becos i went to visit the disabled.
i could nto catch the band performance.
but heard dat it was good.
and one of the band's best.
SATURDAY
today's the NE show for pri 5 kids.
went to stadium today at bout 10+
had some rehearsals.
boy, the sun had scorching heat.
it was so hot,
i tink could reach to 35degress.
lunchtime
pizzahut.
yea man.
3 pieces of spicy drumlets
2 pieces of garlic bread
1 slice of hawaiian pizza
all packed in a small box.
it was delicious.
dat everyone asked for more.
perhaps we jus hungry. lol.
we for another rehearsal again at 2+
the weather slightly better.
jus before 4.
dinner was ready.
kfc.
2 pieces of chicken
smashed potato and a bun.
oh well. it was feelin for the stomach.
it was barely a difference of 2 hrs
between our lunch and dinner.
then as we made our way back to the indoor stadium.
for our long break,
we met pri 5 kids
from all over singapore.
they were so eager to enter the stadium.
i can say that they are fortunate,
as they are the last batch of kids,
to visit the stadium before its demolished.
time flew.
and it was 6.30pm
time for the parade the start.
as the contingents got ready.
when we went in,
i could hear the screams if the kids.
it wasn't soft. i could say.
the whole place was packed.
when the commanders
were shoutin the commands,
i could hear the kids laughin and impersonatin him.
haha. it made me tink of the past.
when i was lik them 4yrs ago,
sittin there laughin wif my frens.
songs by chen weilian and kaira gong.
then the ''president'' came.
it was defence minister.
when it was time for the parade to march past,
i kept lookin at the guard of honour.
the 1st few marched well.
then i noticed the police contingent.
their arms were not co-ordinated,
and it looked so funny.
in conclusion,
the show was a wonderful one.
now, its jus 2 weeks from the preview.
and 3 weeks from singapore's birthday. =)
